Add ability to send updates to a custom set of members and ability to create more in-depth profiles of members.

Hi. Some our our investors are silent and do not wish for their information to be shown. You can update your name and email, but you can't hide. Is this something you can provide?

Be able to send updates to specific people who are not part of your Reportedly team/ppl without sending them platform invitations

It would be really really great if I could manage different subscriber roles (i.e. advisor, investor, potential investor) and then customize (zero,one or more of) the section of my report tailoring the message by role (i.e. to manage info that I don't want to share with potential investors). Otherwise now I've to create different Company to handle that and copy/paste/customize the same report for each role for every weekly update I send out.

Track and report on fundraising activity

Instead of embedding an image via a URL, it'd be nicer to be able to upload images directly to Reportedly for status reports.

Please provide a WYSIWYG editing mode. :)

Would be helpful if could add comments that were not shared with the person/company reporting. Wouldn't have to be connected directly with a report, just a log/commentary attached to the person/company sharing the information. That would allow me to remember what I'm looking for in the next report, or highlight key things I want to remember.

Be able to easily find other channels (for other orgs) that you might belong to. If you don't have access, Reportedly can notify you when you try to access a channel.

Turn off the ability for everyone who is on the report to see the other people's emails!

CRM integrations

I am managing my list of investors via a CRM, as I think do many startups (or at least they should). Having to manage the list of email addresses on reportedly as a separate task is seriously sub-optimal and introduces a big opportunity for mistakes / errors / etc. Ideally you would create simple integrations to a set of popular CRMs (we use Insightly, previously used Vtiger), though a Zapier would also work.

My personal end goal is to integrate with Zapier - but step 1 would be an API that allowed a user to authenticate with Reportedly, create content, retrieve content, update content, delete content.

A zapier integration would also pave the way for a lot of these other requests ie create content from emails, post to slack, schedule reminders

The ability to segment readers. We have different groups of readers. I would love to segment their comments. For instance, I would not want the investors to see the comments that my fellow accelerator buddies post.

Faster notifications when comments are made. Second to that, the ability to comment inline in the report.

Ability to ask investors what milestones they think are most important for us to meet at our current stage.

Ability to access status reports via mobile without having to provide login credentials
